The original site included a photo gallery where visitors could browse featured shots, recent uploads and albums. This page describes how that section was organised and what it hinted about the group’s visual identity.
Two albums were visible in the archived capture. One held a single photograph of the late Marlon Brando, a member of the group. The other held two photographs of King Kirk. A “view all” option led to the full list, and the gallery software supported uploads by registered users.
The page was laid out in three parts: an “explore” area with featured pictures, a strip of recent albums and a row of recent photos. Because the archive stored only part of the images, the page is better treated as a snapshot of the site’s structure than a complete collection.
Photography and artwork were part of the group’s story. King Kirk has said he taught himself to paint, draw and shoot video, and his artwork, clothing designs and photos appear in his own music videos. You can read about that side of his work in the art and music blog.
